Rates and Pricing Options

There are several factors to consider when pricing a service request. During our initial free consultation, we would discuss with you the most cost-effective option. Pricing plans are listed below. Our goal is to make our personal and professional services as affordable as possible. The Concierge Edge service plans are customized to your needs, and customers discover that it is a lot more cost-effective to “pay as you go”, than to go through the expense of hiring a part-time employee.

For new customers, we offer a special “Give Us A Try” rate. The first 2 hours are billed at $25/hour. For customers not using the hourly rate plan, the introductory discount would be presented during the free consultation meeting.

The hourly rate is $35. This rate includes the mileage fee within Wake County. Mileage charges of 50¢/mile are added to the hourly rate for long distance errands and services outside of Wake County. Travel time to the service destination from Apex is calculated in the first hour of service. The service hour(s) ends when the last task or errand is finished. After the first hour, service time/fee is then added in 15 minute increments.

Services Billed by the Day: During the free consultation, we would determine if an hourly rate or a daily rate would be most cost-effective. The number of visits to the service site, such as pet-sitting or barn maintenance, as well as service hours requested in a single day, would determine the pricing plan. If a single-day service takes longer than 4 hours, this pricing plan would be used since the hourly rate is discounted. NOTE: If a service request reaches 4+ hours, the hourly rate goes to $30/hr.

Services Billed by the Month: During the free consultation, we would determine the scope of the service(s) needed to see if a daily rate or a monthly rate would be most cost-effective. The number of hours needed in a single service day, and the type of service(s) needed, would determine the pricing plan. If ongoing and regular services are requested, such as providing traveling staff with concierge services, or a set scheduled time/service is needed each day or week, this pricing plan would be used since the hourly rate is discounted.

Special Projects: During the free consultation, we would discuss the type of services needed to assist with the project, as well as a projected number of hours, to determine a service rate.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation of a scheduled service requires a 24-hour notice prior to the start of the service time. Notice can be given by phone, text, or email. A $30 cancellation fee will be added to the customer’s invoice if no cancellation notice is provided.

Payments

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, or payments through your PayPal account.

Please Note:

  • Services billed by the hour are due upon completion of the service.
  • Any purchases made by Concierge Edge staff during the service request (i.e., supplies, mailing packages, groceries, etc.) must be reimbursed by the customer upon completion of the service.
  • Services billed by the day or month must be paid in advance unless other arrangements have been made during the initial consultation.

Credit Card Payments: To make a payment using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, you can pay through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option. Click the Pay Now button and follow directions to use your debit or credit card. PayPal will ask you to enter an amount. Once the transaction is complete, you will be notified, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
